What We Do

In order to reduce the purchasing cost the buyer does not pay agency commission as per the traditional way of buying a property in France. The only extra charges, over and above the advertised sale price, are the notaire's fees and government charges, stamp duty and TVA (VAT).

The vendor is required to pay an Advertiser's Fee upfront and the Introducer's Fee once a sale is made and this is based on the agreed price of the property

What are we offering that is different to other direct sales companies?

Pearce Properties Online will not only put the prospective buyer in touch with the seller but when an offer is made and accepted we will help to facilitate the sale by offering advice whenever necessary right the way through to completion and by liaising with French notaires, many with whom we have had dealings with over many years.

Buying any property can be a stressful business at the best of times, let alone in a foreign country in a foreign language! Our service will help you to find your ideal property and then give you the peace of mind to enjoy it. We will help you deal with the language and legal system ensuring that whatever needs to be done will be done at the correct time thereby minimising all the hassle.

Pearce Properties Online also offers a superb selection of properties available to buy through our team at our well established partner agency L'Esprit du Sud in the Tarn near to Toulouse covering the Golden Triangle of Albi, Cordes sur Ciel and Gaillac. The prices of these properties will include commission charged by the agent.
